need help... im playin Aston Villa now, and i have jeremy Menez for LW
other teams offered about 30M (UK pounds) for him..
should i sell him, bcoz i dont think he'll resists those interest, so who'll best replace him?
(other than Fernandez or Guardado)

Henri Saivet if he is still with his start club.
Thou you have to wait for at least 3 years for him to be at the same level or better than Menez.
Quaresma is another option.
I reckon he would join Aston Villa.
Good luck on your search mate but try as much as you can not to sell Menez.
He is intense!

Do what you can to keep him. He is irreplaceable in my opinion.
