I need a good centre back to play alongside Breno i ahve budget of 25 million ate newcastle and have had a bid of 23 million accpted for zapatta should i risk all my budget on him or go elsewhere

I sold David Villa (as Valencia) and bought both Barzagli and Zapata. Both are brilliant for me. If you have the choice though, go for Barzagli, but Zapata is class (just a shade behind Barzagli).

p.s. Make sure you have him attack far post at attacking corners. He has scored 9 times for me this season from corners !!!! :-)

Have him mark the keeper for corners, set your 2nd best headerer to attack the near post and your 3rd best to attack far post - then set the corner taker to cross to the 6 yard box. I score about 1 corner every 2 matches this way. Most of the goals scored are by the player that marks the keeper.

I'll try this teeyougee. I don't like to change a winning formula but I'll try anything to improve the stats this much.

Your welcome, I think I found that corner set-up somewhere on "training and tactics" forum.

If it doesn't work for you, I'll post screenies of my 1st 3 seasons with Barca of corners scored in the league per season. I think I scored something like 19, then 18 then 21 in the league. My corener taker was D.Alves who only had something like 17 corner taking.
