Popa doesn't look like much, if his pace or dribbling get above 17 and he gets a bit of finishing/composure he'll be a nice player but nothing outstanding.

For 18, Salerno has incredible passing/creativity. A few years good training and first team experience and he could be a quality playmaker. His weaknesses are in his other mental stats (and stamina to an extent), but they'll likely improve. Definately someone to keep and try to loan for the match practice.
