retired_taylay Registered User Join Date: May 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	Depends on the player and the league. 36+-year-olds can do brilliantly in lower divisions. More than 1 pace is good, of course. Though in fm2007 in north ireland, I had a striker with 1 pace/acceleration, 20 jumping/strength. Scored quite a few.
