Most of this is just experience from my most recent west ham game:

Enyeama is a quality keeper that you can get for 1mil. Easily better than Green.

Neil is slow. I kept him around til January, by which time I'd hit a slump after a brief title challenge. I realised the problem was that wingers were just destroying me, so sold him and bought Hoyte to rotate until Faubert was fit.

Sell solano/pantsil, they're both a bit naff. The money can get you Hoyte or someone else and Faubert/Ljunberg are better wingers.

Might want a new LB. Never tried Spurr, but I almost snagged Insua for 4mil. January is a good time to start complimenting/claiming interest in good players with short contracts, the team will panic sell. Wome has been solid for me here.

I don't rate upson highly, but it's a bit late to get CBs I DO rate highly, since Delpierre and Kompany will have gone. I'd consider selling him and getting a faster CB over the summer, but he'll probably be fine for now. It might be worth looking at Chris Samba, since he'll be under 2 mil and is great in the air.

Your DM and AM are both solid players. I couldnt get Makoun due to fund issues personally, but he was top of my hitlist. Parker's good too.

Retrain noble as either AM or DM, else he'll get stressy and leave quickly. He's honestly not that bad, but Diamond formations seem to work well for west ham.

Your wingers are a bit of an odd point. Ljunberg's ok, and Boa Morte is a hell of a lot better than the game gives him credit for. Still, Farfan or Belluschi would be better, and neither are that expensive (7 and 5 respectively, if they havent moved already)

If Bellamy's been scoring for you, that's great. If he hasn't, list him and try and sell him before his value crashes. I think he's absolute rubbish personally, he's never performed for me, and only once for the AI (and that was mostly flukes). Ashton and Gyan are both quality strikers, and Ashton in particular is an amazing target man. Riki is a talented Deportivo player I signed in January who managed to snag third in the European gold boot award, and only cost 5 mil.

Dyer's a better RM than Ljunberg, and will never sell unless you offer him for a good price over 24 months.

You could probably replace two or three positions in one go without transfers, but it's probably a bit late to sell and then replace. I'd prioritize a RM and your fullbacks, that should be enough to put you back on track for at least an ECC place.

I hope my tactic is doing ok for you.

I have the Barrows on the full backs because without I found long balls over the top were catching them out.

I'd put Ljungberg on the left. He cuts in and scores goals there. He was my best average rating player in first season. I played Dyer in AM and whilst excellent I am trying to find a better finisher for that position.

Play Dyer wide right or get in Giles Barnes he was immense for me. Faubert does well too and I find Etherington is better than Boa Morte.

Others I go in were Ignasevich at Centre Back (awesome) and Briand up front ahead of Bellamy. Ashton is brilliant for me. To be honest McCartney does a solid job at LB.

Buy Gonzalo Pineda for LB under £2m and also Sylvain Marveaux AMLC for Left Midfield/Winger for about £4.5m, both are class on my Everton game and helped me win the Euro Cup and finish 4th in League.
