Hey, I have just started a game as Feyenoord of Holland. They have some good players but aren't so good in other areas. They are a bit week up front. The goalkeepers are old and there is only one DMC in the team.

Has anyone played with them before? How are they? Best tactic? Best players?

I want to sign mostly dutch players. Who are the best young dutch players? I have put a bid in for Nigel de Jong, is he any good? I have also put a bid in for Cesar Delgado, most of the dutch forwards either wont come or aren't very good.

I have a budget of about 11mil after stating to challenge for the title. I want to keep some of that so I can freshen up the backroom staff.

cesar delgado would rip the league apart would be a good buy

also have a look at esparza, zeefuik, lulinha, alex (vasco), cahais (around 500.000 must buy), stancu, mihelic, ... all the usual

nigel de jong is also good but wait another year he becomes cheaper

another dmc would be banega (offcourse) but he is more suited as mc imo, have a look at biglia from anderlecht quality for years to come and could be easely sold later on for lots of profit

I've had a lot of joy, as Ajax, with Orlando Smeekes from Go Ahead and Anduele Pryor, from Vitesse (i think) they are very good wide players who can either play or be trained to play on both wings. Mendes Da Silva is a good holding player from AZ along with De Zeeuw. I've had some good success with a Croatian striker called Ante Rukavina too.

Schaars and De Zeeuw from AZ are good defensive midfielders. De jong is definitely a good signing too though, I signed him for 9mil at the start of my second season with Feyenoord. Look at Van Beukering as another striker, he might be good enough. I would suggest you get Stefan Radu as CB with Ron Vlaar. Hofland isn't good enough imo.

If you can sign Zeefuik, he is a must.

Zuiverloon of Heerenveen is a great right back and has feyenoord as his favourite team, might cost some money tho.

Wijnaldum should be ready to play some games by 2nd season.

I suggest get a good GK. like you said they're all getting old and not good enough. There is not much in the dutch league, I suggest looking in France..Costil maybe. Timmer should be ok for the first season

You may want to keep an eye on the youth teams of Chelsea and Arsenal who have a few young Dutch starlets.

My Czec team was beaten in the 2014 final and a Chelsea player called Nouble or something like that destroyed me.

You have a very promising young Attacking Midfielder in Georgino Wijnaldum, get him tutored and get him some first team experience and he should be pretty damn amazing in about two or three years.

Yeah Georgino Wijnaldum looks a very good prospect, I have put him in the first team squad but not yet in the first team.

I have only played one game so far in the league as I have been a bit busy but I beat de Graafshap 6-0 away from home.

Sadly I didn't get Delgado, he chose hamburg over me!

I have signed some players though, mostly youngsters but a couple that are good enough. I have signed: Torje, Doudin, Corradini, Cahais, a columbian striker called Ocoro and I have also signed Banega.

I think my team should be good enough to challenge for the title this season, I have about 7mil still to spend but I don't like to spend all my transfer money. I have also signed coaches with better stats so the training should be better.

yea. having signed those players I think you should be able to challenge for the title. I'd suggest signing a right back for the future

I think it would also be a good idea to try and buy Sahin from Dortmond because he's a great playmaker with good passing. I'm having trobule getting the best out of de Guzman 6 games in and no goals.
