Make exceptions for one player, and new guys start to name 'em all. It's the popular floodgate scenario.

numpty:

No player naming means just that: No player naming!

Got it?

If you have to refer to that specific player, go and say Posh's B*tch (for example). It's funnier and it avoids the floodgate scenario.

Thanks in advance.

Please refrain.

We've all been in trouble for breaking the forum rules at some point in the past and each time I have, I have been burnt by the mods and the long-time users. Its a reward for actually remembering the forum rules to burn others.

I always found that the most obvious indication of a youth player being a hot prospect was when my Ass Man recommends one of them as being a hot prospect.

Offering them a contract normally brings any unusually high wages down to a more realistic level anyway.

It's not about stats. Stats are accumulated. You can have a player who has poor "stats" but performs well, because he's got high attributes.

Anyway, the player naming thing is getting a bit tiring. Sure, I made the mistake once, but it's once, not continually.

Unexpected high wages from a new youngster can really stuff up your hard work for the season. I think that is all this post was about in the first place, I can just imagine how that would cripple Margate or any other sadly funded club in LLM.

Now having said that, what do you do, sell your potential star or risk hanging on to him and mabye suffer a downslide in money long term?

Tough Choice

Cheers
