really want to get in to triannig my player s more but every time I mess with it I end up with players who are far too good in one or two specific areas and sh*te at all the rest.

Tend to leve it up to my as man and give it a go every now and then.

I have found the part-time statement to be cosmetic only thopugh I dodn't know what others feel

One thing I'm not sure about... does the assistant follow his own schedule when in charge or the one you lay out??
