As it says, this specifcally includes "game crashed".

We have these rules in place here so that in the long run the forum is not littered with threads from the same people with updates.

As harsh as it may sound now as you are new, you won't be able to start another update until the next month. If you decide to stick around, you will realise in the long run why we have taken this action.
