Don't know if it's just me but I'm currently finding it frustration working with low reputation clubs. The basic joy of LLM i hear you cry.
lower leage clubs have low reputations I know but it seems the with FM as apposed to CM it is harder to improve your clubs reputation with success.
This I'm finding this is then putting you at a disadvantage as clubs with better reputations in worse league positiions are nicking my out of contract players.
secretly I celebrate the fact that its, seemingly, as in real life it's harder to improve your clubs reputation, though early Saturday morning having been up since 5.30am with the kids and all my best players have gone out the door I do it through gritted teeth
The problem with this is players do it in real life - even moving to clubs of lower reputation and suchlike, so you could merely pretend to yourself they moved for personal reasons.... Tommy Mooney left playoff-chasing League One outfit Swindon last season to join League Two relegation battlers and arch rivals Oxf*rd United. An inexplicable decision. I say players don't know what's good for 'em!
Sorry... Though my profile names him too?! Besides, he's not like he's a good player or anything! He's got a similar scoring record of a certain Nigerian at Stoke to be precise :p
And not naming the **** in yellow, understandable given the circumstances.

He wasn't naming the player in a real life as opposed to FM context. May be a loophole.
It's a mindset. Just tell yourself: Pah, I didn't need them anyway. My team, that I am building, will conquer the league with players I have signed. I don't even want those old farts that were on absurd money anyway. They will bawl their eyes out once their puny club has been relegated and ours is setting the league on fire. In ten years from now or so...
