As for reputation, it was a definate problem in the last instalment, as I couldn't attract quality players to my ex Conf, now Prem team.

Words are filtered for a reason. As you obviously realise, it was filtered because people were abusing the word. Going around the filter is not something I condone.

lower leage clubs have low reputations I know but it seems the with FM as apposed to CM it is harder to improve your clubs reputation with success.

The only way I see to combat this is to get yours and you coaches reputation up. The rest is just the way football is. And keep trawling for young nuggets.

It's not the staff that are the problem, it's the baseline club reputation, for example Accringtion Stanly, is a big name in English football and as such has an elevated reputation, and as can use this to draw better players from clubs currently proforming far better.

PS this may be a sh*te example but it's been a long day as my 1st post states

But doesn't your rep contribute as well? If not then it's gotta be the long haul of building the clubs rep up.
