I took on as the manager of KV Oostende in the Belgian 2nd division, and I decided to try something completely wacko.

I sold all of my players and decided starting to rebuild a team with players from only just one nationality (multiple nationalities allowed). Nothing really crazy 'till then, but you'll understand how much of a challenge it is when you see what country I picked :

I have to agree, getting rid of all your players irrespective of ability to create a total new squad isn't really in the spirit of LLM.

Definately more appropriate to post this in the challenges forum, that said good luck with what your doing.
