I have loads of tactics. Which ones are any good seems to depend on who I am playing, what the weateher is, how my players feel on the day and which way the wind is blowing.

I have only one tactic, which was initially developed in the first CM, some fifteen years ago. And the pitch, weather conditions and opponents would do better in adjusting themselves to it, because there's no way I'm changing it
