Having said that, with latitude and longitude already in the game and seemingly working well(ish), (evidence taken from the way that geographical split leagues such as Conference North/South repopulate annually when compared to FM07), maybe this might be used as a tool for scouting improvements.
Geographics are definately in the game. A news item I had covering a cup tie away to Shrewsbury said that my Bromsgrove fans had 38 miles to travel to watch the team... (forget how the rest of it was worded).

I really like this idea as well. Either way I really would like to know how much I am spending when I send scouts out as I may not do it as much if it costs alot.
