Season One - BSS

Board: Top half finish.
Media: 6th.

Transfers - 1 striker recommended by original scout for £0. 2 DC's and a ST out for 2k.

Started fairly averagely, lingering around 10th place, until late in the season away form improves resulting in a final placing of 5th. Missed out on play-off by 3 points which was a little dissapointing but a promising first season.

Final standing: 5th.


Season Two - BSS

Board: Promotion.
Media: 2nd.

Transfers - Promising LW/RW, experienced DC for a sum of £1k, 9 deadwood players out for 3k.

Again, away form at the start of the season let me down, unable to break into the top 6 until mid december when a little tinkering of the tactics seemed to do the trick, leading to a 7 game winning streak. Stayed solid till the closing 5 games, where an injury crisis across the defence saw me lose every remaining game and finish 5th once again.

Final Standing: 5th.


Season Three - BSS

Board: Winners.
Media: 4th.

Transfers: Revamped the defence, scout finding three good youngsters for £0k and a two loan players bolstered the strikeforce. Sold 7 fringe players and aging players for 9k total.

Starting very promisingly, winning first 4 games, and drawing the next two. Had a dip in form thereafter which turned out to be the only one all season. Loan ST had a blinding season scoring 22 and helped me gain 1st place and a promotion.

Final standing: 1st.


Summary so far:NB

Little dissapointed that it took me three seasons to gain promotion but on the upside, that has given me time to strengthen my side and they never really had a terrible season. Lot of work to be done on the midfield if the side are to cope in the BSP.

Braintree went up first season, top of the league and they demolished me by a three goal margin in both the home and away leg of our fixtures. .

I'm coming after them this season though.
