Can someone please help. I really dont understand this editing. I have read through the posts and cannot get my head round it, where do you create this file? If someone has enough time can please someone please write it out step for step. Thank you. I have psp, usb cable and laptop.

Don't bother. Go to MightyOwls website and download the file. Those guys work really hard on it, Enjoy it.

I'd love to download it, but unfortunately i have no access to internet. (other than when i'm at work and i cannot download from work).

Its harder enough getting on this site
