pretty pointless as most of their players won't be professional level. And they won't be competiting against other FIFA nations as well.
Actually the bigger non FIFA nations such as Sápmi Zanzibar have decent players & As far as i know they can play against FIFA nations but not in cups but i'm not really sure so don't kick off

i remember they had a little tourney back in 2006, organised by St Pauli. can't remember the name but there were a few non-FIFA teams involved as well

Actually I was going a bit off topic and talking about the lowest placed FIFA nations. It would be LLAMA-heaven to manage some Polynesian island competing against others in the World Cup preliminaries or something.
A lot of the non-fifa members can't become fifa members because they're not recognised countries.
Second to that you're opening a huge kettle of fish if you add any of the disputed regions who claim non-Fifa membership.
Where's the point in adding places like Sealand and The Roma? You may as well put in Atlantis, Neotokyo and Narnia while you're at it or let people manage non-league teams who only play FA cup qualifiers each year.
I would like the polar bears of Svalbard to join in on the fun also then.
Seriously, it wouldn't hurt to keep an open mind and review countries able for FIFA membership once in a while. Football is for everybody and brings people together. The world needs everything that brings people together.
