First of all I know a lot of non-geordies might be sick of the sight of Keegan stories lol but was just wondering how many play with a Keegan like mentality, you know the concede 3 but make sure you score 4 for example?

I did it with Gateshead in my save last season! Scored 81 conceded 82 Finished 19th in League 2

Every team seems to in my game. Odd results from the 2023/24 season include:

West Ham 7 Leicester 4
Arsenal 2 Luton 8
Preston 8 Southampton 5
Crawley 1 Lewis 9

And from the last round of international tournaments/qualifiers:

Ireland 2 Spain 6
Ireland 5 Denmark 5
Montenegro 9 Spain 3

One season with QPR saw us score 91 and concede 104. Never have I seen a team concede 104 and not be in danger of relegation.

I had a season just gone where we quite frequently won games like 4-3, 5-3 and 6-3. I just put it down to having a poor defense and a superb frontline, although those sort of results certainly tie in with the never say die Keegan mentality I suppose.

I actually had a press comment reviewing my early season form as my "if they score 3, we'll score 4 style of play" being entertaining, and the Leeds fans are getting great value for money. Made me smile.
