I forgot to choose the Dutch league at the beginning of the game. Does this mean that very few dutch youngsters will be any good? I would like not to start a new game but if this is the case then I will do it.

Don't think so, there are always a lot of good Italian and Spanish youth whichever leagues i pick. So if you normally get good Dutch regens then you still should.

They decline whichever league you select unfortunately...even the one you are playing in.

What are regens?

I'm in 2015/16 season and no matter where I scout, I have not found any young players with strong potential. All I can find are the 4 or 5* players that cost £30m aged 23 or so. No youngsters at all.

All my scouts are 18+ as well.

Is this a bug (i.e. are more people seeing this) or am I just unlucky at the present time?

If you download the 2030 game from T.R.F.C, there are actually some pretty good players, In my custom database, I just made Canada, American clubs youth facilities stronger so in the future they will actually have good players.

When you send your scouts out do you tell them to look for players no older than a certain age? If not then this is probably the problem, my scouts just kept returning 30 year olds until I started using requirements.

I send them out with no older than 25 years old.

My game just has no decent regens - at the mo!
