How much do u get for winning the championship?

Win it then you'll see... I think you get a fair bit for TV rights for competing in the Premiership.

I've won the championship before but I got no message saying that I've won any prize money and all I got was TV money from being in the premiership.

I seem to remember from my last season in the Championship that the prize money message comes a few days before the message about team bonus payouts for the season.

I've not won the Championship on FM08 so I'm not 100% sure what the prize money is.

As far as I know, you don't get anything. I think the money paid out to you at the start of the season (in TV rights etc.) is all you'll get, because IRL the clubs don't like the alternative.

Of course, I may be wrong.

Nope that's right. Clubs in the Championship (and below) generally have great problems balancing their books... and the clubs decided collectively that they'd rather all revenue was split at the beginning of the season and given then, rather than varying prize money at the end of the season, to allow them to budget easier.
