They are pleased with the "fans joy" with the cup final win over Roma.......
but....
the fans are extremely disappointed with the 1-1 semi final draw with Udinese(away from home, they finished 3rd in Serie A), and it will stay long in the memory!!!
wtf!! if I won the thing, who cares that I didn't win the away leg of the semi final....against one of the best sides in Serie A!
Is it simply programmed in that the board has to be upset about something, and they sometimes just pick something completely random!!??

Yeah. Being given targets for cups, such as 'You are expected to reach the fifth round of the FA cup.' is pointless. What if you get Man Utd in the third round? It should be based only on your results with who you're drawn against.

i was top of the league for ages and approaching the end of the two year plan, but the board were listing replacements for me in the media. if i didn't finish top, i would have been released. which is dumb.
it's well known that the confidence is brokeback. i read that a lower league club manager was sacked at the end of the season for going out of the FA cup 3rd round at Old Trafford. it's february soon, so january transfer update should hopefully include several key fixes, including this.

I like the confidence thing but i was on a 18 match winning run and 9 match conceded no goals run but they complained about the signing of a young player who cost 100k

i should have added that they were complaining about van der vaarts performances all season, then clichys, and we lost just 1 league game all season, in week 3 at that. players ratings need to be tweaked in conjunction if the board are so blind.
