When i downloaded them, they are .rar files.

do i have to do anything with them, or just put them in the right places.

If i do have to change them or whatever, please can someone tell me in easy terms. As i know little about that kind of thing.

take them out of the rar files, then put them in the correct places. make sure you already have the official 8.0.1. update (top of the main forum page).
