SiDolman is on a distinguished road
Default He was there from the start

I dont know about anyone else but my favourite players are those who are already at the club when you join and yet somehow stay in your first team as you climb up the divisions.

I started as Nottm Forest in diision 1 and had this player called Kelvin Wilson, he was my best CB when i started but i doubted whether he would still be if i got promoted because he was only 20 i think. Anyways got promoted and he was still first team in the next two seasons that it had taken me to get promoted into the prem. By this stage he had improved so he still managed to keep his place in the prem (i finished 15th). In the next season i replaced him and he was moved to backup, my team somehow managed to finish 4th. The season after i bought countless more players, but to my amazement my assistant manager believed kelvin wilson should know be in my first team ahead of other established players. He was right, all of a sudden his stats had came on really well, so he regained his first team place and he had a blinding season. Since then he has went on improving and has stayed in my first team despite my team becoming one of the consistantly top 5 teams in prem. Anyone else had any similar players.

My whole Inverness Metros team in FM2007... we stayed together for 7 years before my game sadly dissapeared along with the rest of my PC's contents when the hard drive failed.

I remembered every single one of them, and reincarnated them for FM2008 using the editor, where once again we aim to play a full career together

When I got Aldershot from the BSP to the premiership I still had two conference players in my first team. Goalie Nikki Bull and striker Johnny Dixon.

This is Dixon's career, the season after we got promotion and he scored about 10 in the premiership.

My longest serving guy like that was picked up in my first season for free when I was newly promoted to Hungarian 2nd division east, still going strong now I play in Champions League and easily the best team in Hungary.

In taking 4 seasons in reaching the premiership from the depths of league 1 with Huddersfield, i have managed to have David Mirfin (worth 2.2mill) still as center back, Andrew Holdsworth (1.8mill) at right back and Jon Worthington (2.5mill)

In addition my very first purchase Stephen Hindmarch signed for 18k now worth 4.3mill
