I have the tendancy to look with very high suspicion to anyone using the word "fanboy" as it is mostly used in the way: "if you don't agree with me that the game is **** than you're an idiot".

That together with the nonsense character of most of the points raised I can only come to one conclusion:

I would like to see more consideration being given to the type of manager you are.

If you like to build a team based on youth then when you're offered a job, the promise of being able to uprate the youth system should be given. Same with if you go and buy players to fill a hole, you should be told how much of a transfer budget you have!

- The ability to edit competition structures in the editor, easily, like most other manager games offer.
- A better youth system, with a chance to give a say on what comes from the academies.
- A revamped transfer system (see forums to check its faults), and a less annoying one too.
- A better reputation system for clubs.
- A better simulation of lower/unplayable leagues, with relegation/promotions.
- A better simulation of geographical features, including weather. Also, trip costs would be awesome.
- A better simulation of how fans behave, including attendances.
- More control over the "detail level" feature.
- A better economical simulation, including making it more difficult to accumulate huge sums of money.
- And, finally, a better training simulation, although if all the other suggestions were in the game, I could live with the current one.

Seriously though they wouldn't be able to include those scenarious unless they went away from real players and managers. I do agree the media side needs work though. It would be good to face questions on certain news items. For example a big name sacking , or appointment. As these questions do get asked of premiership managers all the time by Sky. (speaking of which any chance of Georgie Thompson appearing in the game? no.... worth a shot )

Selling players to be made as easy as they are in IRL.
Cos in FM you just can't get rid.

With regards to the tactics update, what I would really love is:

- The ability to give some settings to the player i.e. Long Shots to often to my first choice AMC as he has good attributes in this area, but if I sub him then the new player may be a better dribbler so I will have Long Shots on rare, and the dribbling on often.

- The ability to be able to put the players where I want on th pitch, the pegs are too retricting.

- As someone else side, the ability to have more than one arrow per person.



Could we also have league reputations dynamic please (i.e. it alters dependent on how the league is doing in europe etc).


Arguments/Discussion points to be brought up every few years i.e. goal line technology, game getting too soft, too much money in the game, lack of domestic players etc etc



These are things that just annoy me:
- Moral is too powerful
- Every player (including my own) is over valued
- Too many good players on the default database
- Players getting to rubbish after 30
- Players to be more loyal (try playing through to about 2013, none of the players will be at their original clubs, most will have moved on)
- Referees to be wrong, and everyone agree
- Increase the pool of media comments, gets very boring at the minute
