Why is it so difficult?

I have £50m in the bank. My stadium is growing by about 5.5k a season. Last season my board took out £10m of dividends.

Yet no youth academy as by board does not think my youth facilities need updating.

I have the same problem every version of this. Please, please, please can we have more of a say in what our training facilities are.

With so much money, I can't think of a reason not to invest.

I wouldn't worry about it. The chance of a legitimate first-teamer coming through your youth system is very small.

ahhh haha how much more wrong can you get! Think about it in 20 years the only players on the game will be regens which come from youth academys. The best one being at Barcelona in my opinion, you should see some of the players they produce through the years!
