It is a save game editor which as says lets you edit stuff in your current save game.

Download it first, ask jack.browne said, the editor section of these forums would be best place to look for it.

Once downloaded and set up, load it up and also load up your FM save game first. Then on the FMM window click on load and that will of loaded your save game
