I wanted to know a question before i might buy the game

is it in one way possible to play the luxemburgish league in fm06 or fm08? i saw, that this country is not in the manager, but is there a chance to do it with the editor?

Pretty sure it isn't. The leagues are all hard-coded into the game (i.e. even with the editor, you can't edit them). You'd be better off asking in the editor's forum than here, but even that'd be a ridiculous long shot.

hop over to the editor section alcatrazz, there are some great tips on editing a league.

You can take an already created league and edit it into one you like, it's quite a simple procedure, pending how technical you wish to get.
