How come i can sign a player who needs a work permit and send him to one of my feeder clubs (Belgian club). Then when his contract is running out i cant resign him to send him back out on loan to my feeder club as the work permit is always denied.

I don't know how work permits work in the real world so 2 possible reasons for your predicament are:-

1. It's coded to work exactly how it does in real life. Rules are rules and no common sense is involved whereby you can appeal the denial, and get an extension again based on the fact you will send him to a feeder club to complete the required period to gain European citizenship. In this case it's your own fault for not planning ahead.

2. SI didn't consider this type of scenario when coding the game.

Maybe you can appeal like when you originally bought him to get another conditional permit.
