James M - Read Ter's post about changing colours. Hopefully it'll help, the guide I wrote uses wrong names in some places as my Photoshop is in swedish so everything is roughly translated by me.
| That really isn't good enough Andersson. You need to sort out your priorities tbh |

Ter got it spot on about twenty posts up.
Select the layer, click the 'f' symbol at the bottom of the layers and choose 'colour overlay' (it will probably already be ticked).

Right, sorted the kit colours and such, now just a few questions:
1) How can I move the kit suppliers (the Nike tick, etc) around the shirt?
2) When importing the sponsors, how can I
a) completely change colours of it. eg. The "DAS" logo that's bluw, for Bristol City I need all the blue bits to be white, how can I do that? And how can I make the background transparent?
b) I used the magic wand to transfer the "GO" logo over to a shirt as a test, but it only used the main green circle bit. Is there a way to make it select ALL the green bits there are?
3) Where is the fill tool? |

I think you never used any program like Photoshop before. Try reading carefully the guideline that JAndersson made. You don't need any fill tool to change colours. In the guideline it's explained.
Also, try to find some tutorial. Most of them explain the basic concepts of the program.

3) Where is the fill tool? | Select the Nike layer and sub-layer if appropriate and make sure you have the arrow tool selected; then just move the logo around, either with arrow keys or the mouse.
Don't use the fill tool, use the colour overlay tool instead. Use the symbol that looks a bit like this f.
And use 'Filter' > 'Extract' on jpgs to cut out the background.

My quick bash at a Dutch one: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v456/james_m/psv.png
The only thing I'd like to really improve is the quality of the sponsor. Any tips?

Get a picture of the actual kit and cut the sponsor off and shrink it down.
That's what I've been doing

How do you do that though unless the picture is "flat"? Or does it look ok anyway?
