This is the easiest way to add graphics to your copy of FM2007:
To save messing with your game folders in program files you can create a graphics folder in your user data folder where your save games are. Normally this is in your my documents. If you've changed it do this process from the folder you moved it to: Copy your logos to My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2007/graphics/pictures/logos - (Create graphics/pictures/logos folders if necessary)
You can then create kits, players and backgrounds folders in My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2007/graphics/pictures/ folder also and copy all graphics to these folders.
Then go to documents and settings/user(whatever your user name is)/applicaton data/sports interactive/football manager 2007/cache - remove all contents from the cache folder. (Note you must go to tools, folder options, view and tick 'show hidden files and folders' in windows explorer to see the application data folder.) Once the cache folder has been emptied you can go back and untick 'show hidden files and folders' if you want.
Now next time you start up your graphics will work. Good Luck!
