Sorry for this stupid question, but what does "TLA" means?

TLA is the three letter shorthand, e.g.

ENG for england
EUR for Europe
GER for Germany
OCE for Ociena

Another question: do you know if there is a way to change rules or number of the team in a League?

nope, that one is impossible I'm afriad. Hence the reason you choose the league model that is closet to what you want.

Hey guys looks good just wondering if there is a way of putting the Scottish and Welsh N Ireland teams into the English league and then not have SPl and what not.

Is it possible?

I could just replace the Scottish teams with New Random rubbish iones though
Same with the Welsh

For this you can do a simple team swap...

Although you will still needs teams in the other leagues & they will still enter europe, you can however make their co-efficients (wales, scotland & wales) down to 0 for all years, so they have the minumun european entries.

Here is a bizarre question. Im wanting to make the USL (USA lower league) playable, but I dont want teams to be relegated from the MLS. Can I swap the USL with say, Denmark, thus making both the MLS and the USL playable?

ok, i managed to get the swapping going. I switched Luxemborg with Ukraine. Now must I change the leagues in there aswell? Like the Ukraine leagues must be Luxemborg Leagues? or must i leave the leagues where they are?
