that will happen after it is closed in all of europe which is still 3 hours away, as for the penalisations in italy point defecits are impossible to do with editor but the euro quals and relegations will have been done

No unfortunately not because Si didnt implement that when making the editor. The only other option would be for a expert programmer to make an editor with that feature.

The Italian scandal happened after the game was out and the editor was made so they wouldn't put in negative points. Also I can't see them adding it this time either as it's not a regular thing. This and 10 deduction for going into administration are the only times it happens (I think).
