Default Best update? For those who have sampled more than one.

The contenders seem to be FM Formation, FM Weegie and FMDU.

Has anyone tried more than one of these updates? Comparing them to one another, what makes one better than the other? Which update do you think is best?

For those who have only downloaded one of them - was you pleased with it?

Havn't tried any yet but from what i have read about all 3, weegie's update gets slated more than the rest, so i wouldn't say that one is the best. FMDU's seems to be the best but thats just from users feedback. Everyone will have a difference in opinion depending on what leagues they wish to play and how in-depth they look. Well done goes to everyone who has taken the time and effort to release an update, because there are alot of lazy swines on here who can't be bothered to do an update and just wait for the others to do it, and then they download it and then slag them all off.

Mate how do you know its the best one by far ? have you tried all the available updates ?

I find it funny how people say one update has had the most work put into it when we have no idea how many hours each person has spent trying to get there updates right.

No update is ''perfect'' they all have minor flaws.

Personally Id rate the FMDU Update to have more transfers included (worldwide) then Weedgie and yes I have tried both. The problem I have with Weedgie is the editing of player stats I think its been done a bit too much.

At the end of the day it just comes down to personal preference.

Can anyone reccomend and update that doesn't just move the players (lazyness) but also resets there contracts?

Its a major problem as players that have just joined clubs bugger off in the 1st window, and it becomes messy.

Also, i've got a lot of bad data from Weegies upodate, players appearing at clubs in the editor, but not actually being loaded into the game.

Are you sure that you use weegie update as a server_db?

TBH, not sure what your getting at?!?!?

Weegies data files are used in full, then edited by myself, but lots of clubs have a rouge player lurking about.

They appear in the clubs list of players, but have no contract, they dont however appear in the game so dont bother me so much.

The lazyness of moving players hoever spoils the game.

It takes a few more seconds to reset contracts, which i have to do myself everytime i update.
