I have FMM and I want to change the current capacity and the stadium capacity, but there are loads of different things that could be changed and i can;t work out which one i should do. There;s 'capacity', then 'used capacity' (which is much lower) then 'expansion capacity'. This pretty much makes sense but then there's also 'average attend' 'minimum attend' and 'maximum attend'. surely the maximum attend should be the same as the capacity? Can someone explain what these all mean, and what changing them would do?

Capacity = capacity
Changing = Changes your stadium size

Expansion capacity = Maximum you can expand the stadium
Changing = When you ask the board to upgrade the stadium this it the limit they can cange it to.

Used capacity = I think the amount that has already been upgraded
Changing = Dont personally fiddle with this so not too sure

Average attendance = average attendance
Changing = Will raise the amount of fans turning up to most games.

Minimum attendance = least that will turn for rubbish matches
Changing = This a guarenteed amount that can turn up, eg Newcastle have a 52000 seater stadium if you set this to 50000 then you will get at least 50000 turn up even if your playing teams with a really low reputation.

Maximum attendance = most that will turn up for big matches
Changing = I normally set this above the "Expansion Capacity" if you have the expansion capacity at 85000 and the board know that there is a possibility of 90000 fans turning up they are morte likely to expand your stadium (if they can afford it)

Does anyone know how to change the fact that the club does not own its own stadium? (Without having to start the whole game over ofcourse).
My club doesn't own its own stadium (rents it from the city) and as such can't expand it.

Any help would be appreciated.
