Now a lot of those seem way too high (like Everton) while others seem a bit low (Chelsea).

I would increase Chelsea's to £100m at least. Portsmouth down to about £15m. Wigan £10m. Everton £10m. Just a thought.

Neil Purvis you are completely wrong, Newcastle have at least 7.5 million and no where near 2 million this summer alone we made about 5 million from transfers so i think 7.5 million is about right if not too little

We signed Martins and Duff for a combined total of £15m. Plus on the final day of the transfer window were trying to sell Milner to raise funds to buy Viduka. Why would we do that if we had plenty of money to spend?
