Version 7 of FMFormation's Database Update is released!

After the transfer window was closed we released V6 of the DB update. Now everyone had a week the time to report any changes, mistakes or youngsters that needed to be added. Well, that week is history and now we bring you V7 of FMFormation's Database Update. We don't know yet if this is the final version, it all depends on how many mistakes are left to change.

We want to thank all of you for helping us by posting every piece of information. The topic on FMFormation made for people to post the changes for V7 was active every single day. 360 posts in one week and 6,553 views. We especially want to thank Duh_Smrti for his amazing contribution, you really rock mate! Thanks to him we've added tons of new youngsters and made a lot of smaller leagues much better.

We also want to ask the visitors to be so kind to register an account on FMFormation if you're going to use this database update. Once you've registered we would appreciate it if you click on the Thanks! button which you will see at the bottom of this post.

- Forgotten Transfers And Transfers Made After 1st of September (Transfers, Loans, Retirements, Manager Moves etc. etc.)

Installation:

Open the exe file and follow instructions. The installation folder is set as default to CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2006\data\db\. If you've installed FM2006 to an another folder make sure you change it to the correct folder.

It is STRONGLY advised you backup your database incase of problems.

NOTE: We recommend that you install patch 6.0.3 when playing this update. 99% of the errors people get are caused because patch 6.0.3 wasn't installed.

Few (small points) about Newcastle.

Alan Murray, Dean Saunders and Roy Tunks are no longer on the coaching staff. Plus Alan Shearer isn't a coach - he's more of a scout nowadays.

On the player side of things Martins is on £4k p/w when he's rumoured to be on £45k and Duff has (supposedly) taken a pay cut to join Newcastle so should be on about £55k p/w.

According to the Man Utd site he is on a 1 year loan deal to start with and then an option 3 year deal after it...
