I dont think he'll be back for a while after getting it wrong twice!

But to guess on his request, im assuming because Barca play a 4-3-3 he wants to play the same style. But if you want to be more adventurous Barca actually play a 4-1-1-3-1.

Back 4 as usual, FB's pushing on at home.
1 DM. 1 CM. 3= 1 AM plus AMR/L. 1 Striker.
And your goalkeeper has to have 15+ for eccentricity for realism.
