So all of my squad members have at least 19 in acceleration, pace, stamina, decisions, creativity, dribbling, and finishing...I have 3 defenders who are world class defenders that have 19 or better in marking and tackling.

My question is, what tactic should I use, what should I put my sliders at, I can't find a tactic that allows me to win consistently or by more than a measly score of 1-0 or 2-1 =(

And by all players I mean 3 strikers, and 10 highly versatile midfielders who can play all of the midfield positions...I am in the year 2021 and I've specifically crafted my team in this nature to be fast/quick, defensively sound, smart and creative, yet I have no idea what to do with them now that I have my players exactly how I want them

With a team like that, I'd suggest an attacking 442 or 4132.

Have your centre-backs sit deep and play long. Lots of creative freedom to your wingers, and and overall attacking and quick mindset to your team. Maybe give someone (a central midfielder, probably) a free role or playmaker or full CF.

Oh, short passing too. Works really well at a high tempo given your team has the ability to keep it up. Have your central midfielders play direct passes, lots of through balls. Maybe set "run onto ball" for a targetman setting if you use them.

How did you get to the year 2021 without finding a tactic and have a world class team?
