Default A lot of heavy falls - Training modification?

My strikers and A. mids are getting a lot of injuries due to "awkward falls", not just in training but often in matches too!
Both my strikers and A.mids are "medium" training overall (just on the line for both).

My A mids have 3 for Strength and on the first line for aerobic.
My strikers have 6 for strength and 2 over the first line for Aerobic.

I dont think these are excessive and this is really annoying me as players are out for between 1 and 4 months.

Any tips?

Sounds like a bit of bad luck to me, I keep on getting injured keepers, robinson out for 3months with groin, so gave my faith to young button, who subsequently damaged his elbow and out for 6-8weeks!!!

Rincon out for 4 months - "a sprint during a match".
Vanden Borre for 2 months - "fractured ribs after a robust chllenge during a training session"
Aguero 4 weeks - falling heavily during a match
Pizarro 4 weeks - falling heavily during game
Ribery 4 months - torn calf muscle during an attempted sprint in a match
Akinfeev 2 months - ribs during match
Higuain 2 months - fractured ribs during match
Vela - 1 week robust challenge in training

This is all in 2 weeks. It is the start of May. 1 game left of Serie A which I won before this injury spate but the CL final against Chelski is coming up and a thin squad is not good news..

Final game of season and Stankovic is out for 2 weeks.

CL finl is in 10 days. This is LUDICROUS! I have 9 players out injured. £103m worth of talent out for the final.

This cant just be bad luck!

I've had exactly the same, it's just something that happens every now and then, call it bad luck.
You'll get over it, and your team will perform better (than ever...)when they all return.

In my Arsenal game I ended with Lehman, Toure, Eboue, Silva, Henry and Adebayor injured for the Champions League final against Liverpool. But luckily we still won in a penalty shoot-out thriller. Carragher missed the chance to win it 5-4 then Agger missed Liverpools next to give us the 5-4 win.

Being without Henry was the biggest killer and the goals dried up a little, but we got through it. (Most of those players were out for 4 months each, I think only Adebayor was a short term injury). Only managed 3rd in the league, but won Champions League and League Cup.

So it is possible to get by even with so many stars out injured, but understandably it is a lot harder for lesser squads with not so much backup talent (I think Baptista and Walcott could still be considered a strong strike force).

Cannot stress the importance of [b]only[/ib] having coaches with high fitness attributes managing strength and aerobic training. Since I've done this my injuries have dropped dramatically. Still get the odd batch, but that's football I guess.
