Hey there all, just wondering if anyone truely understands the coaching attributes in detail.
I have coaches with high attacking skill who can't train attackers at all and I can never get a set piece coach about 3stars, even with 17 for Technical and attacking?
Could someone run through the basics?

You usually need great tech, attacking and tactical stats for set pieces. (I think.)
Also, try getting coaches with high motivating/discipline/determination.

If he's got high attacking, he should be able to train attacking coaching to some degree at least - I would say about 3 stars.

However to be 4/5 stars, you also need the "mental" side of things, such as motivating and discipline as GrimaH says.

asign a coach for one or two tasks only.....
I have 5 stars on most of my training.
