Hello.

I have read the FAQ and cannot install the Training have I have downloaded. Are training schedules PC and Mac compatible ? I have download some for a link I followed on this site and the extension is .tsh

Where do I put them on my Mac ?

yes, you should be able to no problem. from the training schedules page go
schedules - edit schedules - import
and then locate the files (wherever you saved or downloaded them to)
