retired_rebshain Newb Join Date: Nov 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	youth training i am looking to develop a batch of well-rounded youngsters who all have the ability to play with the ball. their training regime is currently set to strength & aerobic: light, ball control: intensive and everything else medium except for set pieces which is light. i am worried because they do not seem to be making as much progress as they were in an earlier game. any ideas anyone? incidentally does anyone know what is the best training regime for goalkeepers; both youth and senior?
