One of my feeder clubs (Slavia Prague) is a greyed out team. Will sending my players to clubs such as these who don't play any "real" games, have any impact on their attributes? Or am I better off playing them in my reserves?

I guess it would be better for you to send him to clubs which had real players.

Just because the club isn't an active league doesn't mean it won't play games. If you ask a scout to watch a player there for X number of games you'll be stumped, but they DO indeed play games.

The games just aren't fully processed. Take a look at the Barca team when you aren't running La Liga. Doesn't Ronaldinho play league games? And even when you sell someone, say Freddy Eastwood to Bayern for 25m and 10m after 30 league games, you'll still get the 10m after a certain amount of times as Bayern has "played" the games already.

So, to cut a long story short, yes. Yes, you can send a player to a club like that and they'll play.
