Individual training is going well. I have individual training schedules for nearly everyone in my Man Utd team and it's definitely worth it.
However, you know I said I do it the other way round to you i.e. just train players in the stats that they need to improve for their particular position, instead of building up any low stats. Why train a striker to tackle better? Individual schedules are even better in that respect, because when training STs in general, I'd give them a reasonable amount of set piece training. If I had a ST that is crap at free kicks and penalties, then it's much more benficial to scrap all set piece training to give him more on other areas.
