Allright, over two months in the new Training now, and here's the latest update:
18 players on Individual Training
3 are Injured so I'll leave them out, since their Orange arrows can be easily explained.
That leaves 15 players, with a total of
46 Slight Upwards Arrows
18 More Upwards Arrows
4 Straight Up Arrows
and unfortunately also 7 Slight Down Arrows.
Are you seeing any results so far, Crazy and Shost?
I'm gonna do all my First Team players now, so even the older ones, and I'll report back, once again...
Cheers, R.

Not been progressing through my game much at the moment, so not much to report back on. Only been through a couple of weeks but have seen the arrows in the right places

I knew it, have fun man!!! @ PILSKEN:
Please do so, much appreciated @SHOSTFROCK:
Are you going to go on holiday or something? Because the Training needs little adjustment every now and then, whenever you feel it is needed for a specific player.
Let me know anyway, thanks.
Cheers, R.

@MaVeRiXxX:
Firstly thanks for the thread, very interesting.
Now, how good are your coaches? Do you have 5* training for each category? In your opinion, does 5* coaching really matter?
I've tried different approaches to training, by position and even individually a little, but have never been really happy with the results (but I am a bit of a perfectionist!). I always put this down to the quality (or rather lack of quality) of my coaches.
I am now running just three schedules, one for Goalies, one for the First Team and one for the Reserves. The First Team schedule has most categories set equally on HIGH except for Strength and Aerobic (first notch of MEDIUM) as I feel players who PLAY regularly tend not to need high training in STR/AER. Obviously this means the schedule is quite intensive as a whole (first notch of HEAVY) but, hey, as Diego Simeone says "The dictionary is the only place where success comes before work"!!
The Reserve Team schedule is more intensive on the STR/AER front with the other categories knocked back a notch or two to keep the overall intensity on the first notch of Heavy.
Now, of course, it all depends on the individual Manager and their approach to the game overall. What you say makes a lot of sense and you seem to have had some success so far but it does take time to get the schedules created and then you seem to have to tweak them regularly to keep up the improvements. Basically I'm a bit too lazy for all that! But, you're thread has persuaded me to give individual training another try with a few of my more 'troublesome' players. I will endeavour to let you know how I get on.
BTW, this might be a stupid question but any idea why green/orange/red arrows often don't match between the 'Overall' training screen and players individual training overview screen? I find it quite misleading (and annoying).
Cheers

Well, my coaches are pretty good, with 4 categories at 5 stars, and 5 at 4 stars. The Assistant trians 5 of them, my Fitness guy 2, and the rest 1.
I don't really agree with your statement of saying that regular matches make Strength and Aerobic Training not needed anymore. I do agree that playing your players is still the best Training anyway, for all categories, but it's not a real part of training your players.
And my schedules don't need to be tweaked that often, maybe 6 times per season, and it only takes 5 minutes, really. The only thing is that it does take quite a period of time to create the original schedules.
If you wouldn't mind uploading some pics of plaer's profiles, I'll even make them for you. Just upload that player's profile every now and then and I'll even tell you how to adjust after that...
And as for your final question: don't ask me, hehe, completely in the dark here...but if I'd had to take a guess: How does your Assistent know who trained well and who didn't...maybe he tells you one of those things, and the others are actual figures...
Or not
Cheers, R.

Penalties is not trained by Shooting training - it's by set pieces. |

To everybody that is trying Individual Training: How is it going for you?
My game is near the end of December now, I'll wait until halfway Januari before updating this thread, but it is still looking very Green Arrowed to me.
Cheers, R.
