Maverixx I dont agree with what you are doing. your training seems to be trying to improve players weakness rather then improving the attributes that players need for there position. What you are doing would be good if players had unlimited potential but the fact is that they dont. So you will max out there CA with attributes they dont need.
Ok, but as you might have noticed, I am still training the players their Position important Attributes, but also make them better overall players.
I can clearly see your point, but I train the players on their position attributes first, of course, and when those reach a point where I am happy with them, then get them better overall.
@ crazy gra & Shostfrock:Will you let me know how yours is going?
And I've put Workrate in Strength now, thanks.

Damn those International Friendlies etcetera...
6 players came back injured, and 4 of them were on Individual Training...
And just for myself here, I started this Training on the 20th of August, thread created on the 3th of September, first update on the 10th, second on the 24th, third should thus be 15th of October, right, but because of all the friendlies I'll skip that one and update again on the 29th of October...
Cheers, R.

The green arrows on attributes can be a misleading. When it is the time for the attributes to fit the CA, the red arrows may come and you may find the attributes barely have changed compared to the beginning. That is how the attribute-CA system works in fm07, which means if the CA does not boost a lot (say over 20 points) the attributes can hardly increase overall, except some re-distribution.

It has taken me through one entire night (22:00-07:00), but I have set up Training Schedules for each individual player in my First Team squad (except my keepers, expect update here), if it pays I will also do all my Reserves and U19's Teams.
Oh dear. Do you have a girlfriend?
My guess is not :p
But it does sound very promising with the results your getting.

Well I had a Talented GF, but she wasn't a Wonderkid at all, turned out to be not really professionally involved with her business. So now I'm looking into bringing a World Class Deep Job in, to fill out my 7 nights/7girls Formation...

From the pictures you posted, I assume that is the result on the 10th of September which is the beginning of the season, am I right?
If so, be patient to see what happened later, say next February. </BLOCKQUOTE>
So am I, it's just that compared to any other kind of training setup, this one looks the most promising, so far.
Let's just hope you ain't right...I'll let you know.
