Really need help, am trying to be succesfull with Leeds, but always seem to get the sack by January, am playing either a 442 or 352 formation, but to no great effect, also any tips for good signings or training help would be grateful.

^^ agreed, the guys magnificent... you also need to get Paul Wotton from Plymouth, and have a look at a couple of the Hibernian players, David Murphy and Rob Jones in particular. you can also get Benedict Vilakazi on the cheap whose a good solid player and worked wonders in my leeds squad.

if you want to sort your training out, get rid of the leeds coaches, they are absolutely useless. i sacked nearly all my backroom staff and brought in new coaches

ive tried being leeds on many occasions but they r crap i always get the sack

ive got a few players from other clubs and had to pay them compensation, and also get rid of some leeds staff and pay them compensation as well. so make sure you keep an eye on the finances. but so far my backroom staff looks like
