I need help with my player instructions. It seems when I am setting an instruction for a player it is set for the position and not the player.
For instance I might have a MC player that is rating 15 at tackling so I would like hard tackling for him. My other MC is perhaps 5 in tackling so I want normal or easy tackling for that player. But the setting is locked to the position and not player, meaning that I have to change the setting if I move him around. Is it possible to lock the setting to a player instead of the position.

i may be wrong, but i think its just that position.

I am not quite sure what you mean, but when I try the tackling setting changes if I change the position of a player.

You're right. When you set the tactics, you're setting them for that position not any specific player. So when you put your guy with tackling 5 in that position its up to you to change him to easy tackling.
