I'm in 2015 with SV Stuttgarter Kickers and I've built a really good team but I'm really starting to go crazy. In my 3rd Bundesliga season after I wanted to fight for the UEFA Cup spot I won a year earlier my team went crazy and they are losing 95% of their games...
My team was built to fit 4-4-2 but right now not even a single tactic can't work.I say again,my players are capable of playing on high levels (Man Utd,Real Madrid, etc.) but they're losing and losing to obscure teams.I've tried loads of my tactical creations and the ones from the forum but it doesn't work. The players are losing the ball and can't even reach the strikers (the midfield pair is Jon Obi Mikel and Niko Kranjcar ).The oposition teams are playing with them and making them look like idiots on the pitch. My star strikers who scored 15+ last season scored only 6 this season.
Do I have to let it go?

Is it possible to stick to 4-4-2 at all times? Post #2
I can't see it being the 4-4-2 itself causing the problems, maybe it's a more fine detail problem...
Are your individual mentalities too far apart? Are you giving conflicting insturctions (ie long ball, low tempo)? Did you have forward runs, longshots and the like set up for players that are now gone, with the new players no longer suiting them? Are your strikers too attack-minded and fluffing chances when they get it? Is your midfield trying to get them the ball to fast? Or too slowly and getting caught in posesion?
Or is it simply morale. Is it the worst run in your time at the club, rock bottom morale, and as a result "form" players showing their true colours?

I posted this in GQ, but it might help you, if r0x0r is right - there are certainly some tricks to breaking out of a poor run of form. Halting a poor run of form
I may not have emphasized enough the need for high-mentality veteran leadership to bring you out of a poor spell; I've found that veterans (say 28-and-over) are much less susceptible than young players (say 23-and-under) to the effects of poor Morale.

I have to agree with amaroq, playing as stalybridge I took over after 9 straight defeats and a last place in Conference North. I tried my normal tactic to give the young players the chance to grow into the positions, but all that worked was to use my oldies on the midfield and in goal, playing with the youngsters has rendered me 2 losses and 1 draw while the oldies have 2 wins and 2 draws, and that is coming from a squad with almost everyone on poor or very poor mentality.

The morale is good in the new season, the players are good and there are enough experienced players in the starting line-up...
And I'm still losing...
The main problem is that my MC's are leaving a hole in the midfield by going too forward. When I tweak it down than the SC's are cut off...I'm using mixed passing, wide width, and normal tempo plus the ball is forced to the wingers with direct passing...
