Recently i stated a new game and set up some new training and i hired some good coaches and got the training rating up to 5 stars on all of them and then after about 20 turns 3 of the ratings drop down to 4 stars. Why is this?

So is it just me that has had this problem?

The coaches' attributes can change up or down, often much quicker than players'. It could have something to to with adaptability; if you get a foreign coach with low adaptability his abilities are likely to decrease I think.
I've also had some coaches starting out at three star but becoming five star in a few years.

It get different each time I load my saved games.

if the stats drop in training the best idea is to rotate every 2-3months + good coaches is a must have
